Great speeds and price, not always reliable.
Great speeds, affordable, almost no outright fees.
Some reliability issues.
Other than a small $10 router fee, there's no outright fees and the price is great for the speed (price varies, advertised as higher although my billed price dropped a few months in, not sure why).
However, there are some small reliability issues where the connection drops out, although this is almost always in the middle of the night and hasn't popped up in a few months.

Good promotional offer
They have always had good customer service
They dont reward customers being loyal
I have been with iiNet before and just like other companies they don’t try to keep your business by rewarding you for staying with them, so at the end of the promotion you have to look for another company that will give you a better deal.

Its ok
stable internet speeds, good value plans
outsourced it help. hard to cancel.
Stable connection with little drop outs. Whenever i need help its always some one who doesnt know and you get bounced around on the phone for 1 hour

it was up until end of 2023 ,when iinet sold their email system to The Imaging C0
nothing positive once you read between the lines
the Imaging Co as from September 2024 start charging me for emails ,IINET will still be charging the same monthly amount
having been with IINET for many years,I find that by not disclosing costs etc of the email change is misleading as I soon found out what it will now cost me.hence my interest in signing with Aussie Brand

This Company provides great service for loyal customers
Able to solve issues, competitively priced, reliable
Sometimes hard to get in touch with tech support
Over the 10+ years I have been with IInet I have been very satisfied with the customer support provided, price for the service, and reliability of the NBN connection. My only negative - when I did reach out for some tech support the wait time was very long - over an hour. The support however was spot on, and my issue was resolved.

Has been good for many years but now changes being made internally are effecting all customers, not good.
Has been a reliable connection to the internet.
Discontinued email service. Wont help with a fix if you have an issue even if they caused the problem.
So disappointed with iinet's decision to end their email service. I have an issue with mine and now have to make other arrangements. This means the end of iinet after 19 years. They were once #2 in Aus now going down fast, what a shame.
